Swapped out the 3.909 gear and pinion with a 3.54 gear and pinion from a starquest. I'll update my mileage improvement after a few fill-ups.

Turbomax what trans are u running with the setup factory 2.4 WB trans
and what's ur cruising rpm at say 80mph...thanx

Also I didn't see anythind on the rear end except the LSD being added

stock 2.4L trans. I'm not sure what the rpms at 80mph.

still working on converting the rear axles to 5-lug

my mileage is up 2-3 mpg.

rpm's dropped from 3200 @ 65-70mph to 2800rpm.

Currently beating my head against the wall for not keeping the starquest gears I had in my parts car....would have been nice. Im not really towing anything lately and dont need the truck gears. Keep us updated man.... looks good

The increase in mileage has been good. Still need to find a 21 or 22 tooth speedogear to correct the speedo. Its off about 5mph.
