if i remember correctly it is 10 thou on intake and exhaust. rotate crank to tdc and go 1-2-skip-12-skip-1-2-3,,,,,,,,rotate again skip-skip-1-skip-skip-1 done.....but that is just off of memory........

it should. are you sure it has been re assembled correctly? i know it is kind of a pain to get all 3 lined up at the same time but it is imperative you do. that is a non tolerance motor. it may be off 1 tooth and that is it 2 teeth on the belt means bent valves for sure. take you time and don't get ...

i have never used the sleeves,,,,,,,,,,,,but,,,,,,,,watch those wood roof keey they are prone to loosening up and eating your crank pulley,,,,,,,trust me here locktite is your friend...

spencer,,,,,,,i have had an f250 with the 7.3 for over 7yrsand couldnt be happier. plenty of power decent mileage (20ish) it pulled my 30ft camper from here to the grand canyon and 2yrs later Mt Rushmore,,,,,,,,not a single issue,,,,just keep you eyes on the front baljoints they tent to go at about ...

Also a way to stop the jet valves from opening, although its a cutoff wheel type of thing. x2 on being cheap about getting the right rockers - the head may have been changed to a non jet valve head and they used the original rockers from the jet head. you sir are correct but there is always a jet v...
