yea, mike used to be impressed with my 1hr head gasket swap. after about a dozen times you know what tools to get out ahead of time lol.

you could always pressurized the intake side with air and turn the crank by hand till that cyl is pressurized and blows it out.

crank pulleys may be hard to get most that i have seen had the keyway chewed up from being loose.

yea, i should have known that too,,,,,that is how my conquest is........there should be a jumper wire to the fuel pump under the hood may put a little push button setup on it for testing purpose.

i dont think i would run her out of fuel eric. it is a pain to try and prime these pumps. maybe some diesel 911 or good old fashioned stabil.....damn never even thought of this before. you plan on starting it at all during the winter? you have a little battery tender?

ah,,,,,,,,,nice. yea those seem to be a high wear item in all the silent shaft motors. i had one lockup on the bearing and spun in the block and the other was so loose you could wrap a phone book around it and still put it in lol. dont the silent shafts turn 2x engine speed????if so when you rev her...

i cant remember what the actual service manual said but i do remember that "fords" recommendations were alot different that Mitsubishi. and i think mitsu's was sooner than later like ford was....and it was the same belt.

it should be the combined value of all four. ther aluminum bar that makes connection to them makes it one connection.

well to be honest,,, not much. its not an original diesel truck. with the correct harness and glow plug system.ect ect ect. but id say if you got 1500 that you should be happy. just my 2cents which is only worth 1 lol.

yea i found them on rock auto for i think 13 bucks but wasnt sure i had the rite sending unit....i will just get that one and find out.
