i have a 93 ram 50 2.4 and it has a hole in the tank. there is an 89 ram 50 on craigslist thats being parted out...will it fit?

and also are the 93 and 89 tailgates interchangable too?

Yes you need a tank from an FI vehicle, 90+ were FI.
