pull your plugs and check the color of the tips; they should be tan/ light brown after a few miles. if there totally clean or whitish deposits on them, its a blown head gasket. White smoke is steam and you might even smell antifreeze from the exhaust. A low rad or a high oil level is another tipoff,

but i dont even drive it that much mabey a day out of the week cuz its not registered or insured i had a shop work on it a couple months ago and it still drives the same way when it got fixed that why im confused i dont think its a blown head gasket cuz the shop checked everything cuz it was sitting for about 4 years.... and i want to get this fixed before i do drive it all the time cuz all i have to do is pay off my tickets and its done....what else would it be

Unless your exhaust is full of water from sitting; that would cause it until you run it long enough to dry it out. It could take 20 min to an hour or more to get it all out if your just idling it. driving it will get it out faster.
