can anyone give me the scoop on amc marnel head's for my 2.6 l 4g54b ive been searching but i havnt been able to come up with anything thanks

I know it's NOT a Marnel head but, I got a 'bare' clearwater head from Ebay (OdessaHeads) for 260 (that's with shipping!)
I already had all the parts to complete it.

Runs better but now have cooling issues and going to a Integra two row with e-fans..
But I'm changing up the intake with a cut down version of a quest intake and a Rochester 2-Jet..

Check the site WWW.b2600.com for the info on aftermarket heads for the 2.6. It describes in detail all of the differences and mods needed to make them work on our motor. It is a mazda truck site but devoted to all info of the 2.6 mitsu that mazda used in the late 80's.
