what is the differences between a rwd 2.6 head and a fwd 2.6 head. from what i saw (quite a while ago), the main difference is the water pump location. i guess the point im trying to make is will a fwd head work on my ram 50? if so, what modifications are required?

The head should bolt on with out any problems. The fwd cam sticks out though, so just swap out the cams and seals.-
