reliable yes once you get em right but that takes a lil bit unless your Warme, thats why Tye had to rebuild his 2 times and mine is sitting.

Efficient, not the most but they still make 30+ easy

For a old school 4cyl diesel there "BALLZ TO THE WAALZ!!!!!"

Damn, $1000 for cheap pistons? I'll have to start monitoring some of the diesel threads. Always thought of a somewhat "rig" style (subtle, no stacks or duals) but having an actual diesel engine would complete my vision. Ok back on topic, thanks!

I recently found a site that has pistons listed for under $10. I think they are sealed power brand. Sent email to confirm brand. :D

Pistons for MITS 4D55 2346CC

Spence???

You can do the same thing he does, just go to other forums and ask or research. He sure as hell don't know how to work on 4D55's or have any hands on experience.

Spence just never seems to run out of $ for his baby truck. He's now working on getting the new TD04-15T monster turbo in there. This after he convinced me that TD04-10T was the shit. It does keep the pyro much cooler to have the water cooling but he thinks the bigger wheel will get him the 14psi max he says he got with the stock turbo.

I wonder if you could get a 2.5L l200 4D56 engine into the Raider, they show up in Canada often enough.

I tried doing some searches on your terms - is it Mechanica Pedrosa?
http://www.mecanicapedrosa.com/

The price sounds interesting, but there isn't any description on the specs - what makes you think they are made by sealed power? I'm sure the shipping from Puerto Rico isn't too bad. Has anyone here had experience with these guys?
