Well that sucks cause I have the turbo from that car and the one from the Starion. Might have to talk to mechanics in motorpool and pull a turbo from a LMTV truck.

okay after reading this all I am still confused. What year truck has the tranny that bolts up to the 4g63, if any. I am very serious about building a 4g63 swapped truck. I just want to make sure I have a good understanding of these engines/tranny combo's. Plus what they are all capable of. Any help would be appreciated. thanks

Only the KM132 tranny will bolt up. It is what comes on the late 80's(86-89) 2.0L pickup truck with 5 speed .

I'd check out HRCS. Click on "Home" and you'll see the link! I don't know how well a truck will do as a drifting machine. But Jeremy and the guys over there will help with 4g63 swaps!

sorry to ask this in your thread, but it was talked about earlier and now im wondering... So you can use the starion shifter section on a truck trans? Anyone know if it works the other way around? Use the truck one on the starion trans? I'm about to cut out my floor sooo im just wondering...
