Guys, as some of you know, my 95 montero recently blew up on me about a month after I replaced both headgaskets and tied up roughly $2000 in it. I also have a 91 V6 MM that doesnt run, my original plan was to make the montero run then once it ran and ran good, I'd start to play with my 91 MM. The montero died on me and quite frankly I'm mad as a shit house mouse about it. But failure can be a motivator. I have decided that I must make my 91 V6 run come hell or high water.

So tonight when I went outside swap the optima out of my montero into my lil 91 D50 2wd. I drove by my 91 V6 MM. Started tinkering with it, primarily thinking.

To sum that thread up: Plugs, Wires, Coil, TPS, MAF, Complete Dizzy, PT, have all either been replaced or checked by swapping it onto a different 3.0.

One day I swapped ECUs between my v6 and my dads that uses the same p/n. My truck wouldnt start on his, and his wouldnt on mine. Granted I'm pretty certain I didnt hook em all the way up just plugged in the pigtails. And when my ECU was hooked up, it threw a code in both are trucks. Dont know wich code, didnt have my scanner.

So with all that said, were do I begin??? :wiggle_kerby:
