1991 Mitsu 3.0 w/fuel injection-opinions on?

What are your thoughts/opinions on the 3.0 motor..one I'm looking at has 130,00miles on a 4x4..Not mechanical at all,so is this a reliable engine,besides the valve stem seals which I've read,go bad?....thanks.
