You got pics of the starion radiator installed? Isn't the starion radiator wider then the truck radiator?

Installed a new fuel tank to replace the original rusted one, changed fuel filter, cleaned the fuel lines. Started right up and roadtested and it ran good till it hit operating temp then it stills has a dead spot when trying to accel and acts like it wants to stall, if you push the accelerator a little more runs ok. Still a little more to do.

Yeah the rad is wider by quite a bit. I threw it in out of curiosity and saw that the mounting tabs ended up on flat spots on the rad support so I self tapped it in for now. Both the lower and upper hose from the truck still work (2.0L). I will most likely weld nuts on the rad support instead of staying with the self tappers.

Took my waterpump off a million times trying to stop a leak and think I did. Then swapped an ECU into my V6 truck, no go back to square one...

Pulled the carburetor back off and send it back to the rebuilder, it's got a jet problem, double and tripled checked everything. Have to wait until it gets back, that should be at least a couple of weeks.

Well had to do something...so here's what I did today. JOY.

Think it looks a little bit better. Might shoot myself later if I have issues with the needles during nighttime driving. Well have to have a running truck first. I'm sure the needles were better visible with the orange but who cares. I'll worry about that later.
