Sir!! How dare you? I am totally offended! :o James, let me tell you, what you have there is the Mitsubishi made, over the top, hp and torque churning, 2.0 liter,V8 killer. It's almost like having a blown/injected Hemi, but not quite.Don't listen to that other guy, he's just a 2.0 hater.Look around the site, there is all kinds of info about the motor here.

haha yea ive noticed the 93hp 2.0l isnt a stump puller but i only paid $150 for the truck so im not too disappointed! ive considered swapping out the emission control laiden carb with a weber 32/36 or 34/34 anyone know the difference or had expirience with either? i think the numbers designate the jet size but i havent been able to find out a lot about eitehr carb or the performance. i did receive a factory service manual yesterday picked it up on ebay for a wopping 99 cents haha thanks for the advice guys

The 34/34 is an emissions carb, the 32/36 is not. the numbers refer to the size if the openingfor each barrel of the carb. Both are an improvement over a worn stock carb and easier to work on. Being partial to the 2.6 myself, I agree with Vannoy, but I just picked up a 2.0 2wd 86 d-50 so I may see what it is capable of.
