That VHT Flame proof paint holds up pretty well on the turbo manifold on the 240. Last time we checked the temp of the manifold after a short run was around 600 degrees.

Well I assumed that valve cover would see some heat. So that's why I went that route.

Yesterday, changed the biss(I think it means base idle set screw) screw o-ring cause it was leaking. Also found my tb shaft seal leaking to and attempted to change it. Right now I'm sitting with a truck without a throttlebody. Took out the tps sensor, took out the 12mm nut holding the arm. Arm won't come off and stripped the 2 screws holding the throttle plate to the shaft.

Took out the junk rad and put in the one from my Starion along with the electric fans and entire part of the harness. Took out all the wire nuts from previous owner and solder all connections. Made custom stereo brackets out of my Starion stereo brackets so the cd player doesnt skip with every bump. Started routing the Megasquirt wire harness.

New foglights hooked up. Hope to have some HID's in them soon. with my headlights and fogs both having HID's the front of my truck should look something like the sun hahaha. New ignition with 2 step rev limiter might be coming soon as well.
