Gotta love drug deals!!!

Call it trading, bartering, whatcha will. In the Army, we call it drug deals! Seems like I have some luck on my side. As most know when I tore down my 2.6 I found it to be a turbo block. So I was given Starion bolt ons to turbo it. Then when I decided that I should go the 4g63 route instead, I was given complete motor and trans including electrical! There's more shit laying around I've been given or traded. But today my neighbor calls me from the onpost auto craftshop asking if we could use my ECU. Seems a soldier bought a Talon and it has the wrong ECU. While talking, he gave me a brand new clutch stating its a stage 2. He also has a spare block, port n polished head, along with other parts. So I think I'll work a drug deal to get some of that stuff. At least want the spare intercooler, intake manny, and maybe the head.

I know this isn't about a Mighty Max but its a good deal.
A friend of mine from time to time "flips" cars, buys them cheap, fixes them up, and sells them for more money. A while back he got a 65 Ford pickup that had a 4 barrel holley carb sitting on an adapter plate to fit the trucks 2 barrel intake manifold. He didn't like that setup and it didn't work well for the truck running-wise.
I have a 77 thunderbird that I'm rebuilding which happened to have a 2 barrel carb on it that I wasn't going to use in the rebuild. So he gave me the nice holley 750 for my little factory 2 barrel.
