I was doing a search on the net and found some company using a pic of my truck on their webpage. :o

That is awesome, call em up and bitch at em for stealing your picture without permission. As it is the site seems sketch IMO, just cant imagine theres much of a need for a Mightymaxengine website.

The website is part of a larger website of automotive parts. They have a webpage for almost every mitsubishi model with its own domain name. I did a search on their phone number and quite a few sites popped up.

I should bitch about it to the company, but I'm sure it would go nowhere without a lawyer being involved. A few years ago a friend of mine had the same thing happen to him and he bitch and fought, but nothing happened. He even had a lawyer friend send a letter, but that only worked a couple of weeks and they started using his pic again.

I did start adding copyrights to some of my pics and stuff a couple of years ago just incase I needed to go after someone, but the pic in question was posted a few times before I started adding a copyright to it. But really, I don't mind them using it. I guess they must have liked my truck. :D
