I've been a Mazda guy forever. Planned on piecing one of my 323's into the stage car. That didn't happen. I'm completely new to pickups/trucks completely. Also RWD. Had a 4wd that i tossed around for a while w/plans but sold it also. I'm coming here to try and do some learnin on this rig.

Plans:

Originally my intent was to spend this year rallycross'ing (scca) the pu, and next year aswell, and the goal was to enter Mt. Hood Rally 2011. Well things changed, and needless to say, I'm entering Mt. Hood Rally 2010  Got the sillyseat filled, with all amenities required basically taken care of. :nana: Now i just gotta spend some time learning this thing.

So there ya go, watcha think!

History of the rig:
Driven by Dave Turner and Ben Bradley at the 1995 Lake Superior ProRally in Michigan coming away with the 1995 Truck Class Title the final year the class was ran.

Truck was built off the 'shelf' and turned straight into a rally rig. It JUST rolled 15,000 miles in my hands. Original miles. (all rough stage miles)

I know all the people who have sat in this over the last 10-15 years.

Yup remember the guy doing the rear axle swap on MD50, when it was operational. Good luck with the Mt. Hood rally, we got some PNW guys that hang around here.

welcome to the site man. glad to see this truck again, the site that died was mightyd50.com. we lost almost everthing that was there including build threads and such. with alittle work this site can be better in the near future. thanks for joining and dont be afraid to ask questions.
