i've got a 2.6, 5 speed MM, and i have an N/A 3000GT whose transmission failed on me so i've got a 6G73 sitting around wanting to go in something and was wondering if anyone knew if the transmission in my truck would bolt up. or maybe if it were like nissans where the transmission is the same but the bellhousing is different between the 4 cylinders and V6's

It should work, but you want to use the flywheel and clutch disc from a 88-89 intercooled starquest - its a 240 mm disc that matches the splines on the input shaft

Is it a 6g73 or a 6g72? Either way this would be a pretty cool swap. I have a Km-132 trans if you ever want to see if they match up, Im in South NC.
