starting problem

i have yet figure out what is causing this battery acts like its dead but the charger is showing to be charged an i have had the battery tested but the motor will barley turn over but when i take the spark plugs out it turns over just fine with out problem all my valves are opening i have changed an put new battery cables on it an still not turning over good enough. does any one know what would cause this?

You might have jumped timing. Have you checked compression? I would start with that, and see from there. Since your battery is fine and motor spins freely without resistance.

well i just put the motor back in the truck an i jus re done the timing on both the cam an the oil chain i put bothe of them where the boot told me but i havent checked the other thang yet is it possible that i have to much compression

Too much compression might be a valve timing issue. I can't think of any thing else on the top of my head. I'm sorry but I would say you should check the marks on all the gears again.
