$800 max to someone who doesn't know what it is and its rareity. I say with the motor and such done you could get $2000-$8000 range with someone who knows what you have sitting there. Sitting though hurts some though because some things will have to be gone through.

That's a cool little truck but it looks pretty rough in spots. The economy has really hurt the value of your truck. A couple years ago a truck like this would sell for $2000-3000, but most recently I have seen trucks in this condition sell for $700-1000. It's a really tough market for selling these little trucks. A few other factors play into the value other than the economy, but that is the main factor in my opinion. Other factors like the fact that that is not the original paint job and it has some rust also hurt the value. The guys who buy these little diesel trucks look for rust free trucks with the original paint, decals and badges. Unfortunately, the rebuilt engine and tranny are not going to add to the value of this truck. If I had to put a specific number on it I would say it is worth $750 in its current condition. Good luck
