How would u get wheels to fit without boring the wheel?

Use spacers and longer studs. Or get wheels with large center holes - try wheels for pre-88 full-size chevy truck 4x4s.

Grind or better yet have the lips on the hubs and brake drums machined flat with the rest of the hub

Grinding the tabs is what I heard was safer. Then you can get the lug centric nuts. Toyota 4x4 rims like the tundra or tacoma 4x4, and the t100 are a bolt on. The center bore will fit without machining.
