Part Needed 87 Dodge Ram 50 centerlink.

Hello, new member here. I am hoping someone can help me locating a part for my sons truck. The truck: 1987 Dodge Ram 50 2-wheel drive pickup. Part needed is the front suspension centerlink or relay rod. The part has been discontinued by both Dodge and Mitsubishi. I also have not had any luck with the local junk yards, non-local junk yards, or even a parts locating service. Thanks in advance.
