Bent Valve questions

well i have an old Honda CB360 Twin and to make a long story short a looong time back someone stuck a bolt in the no.1 cylender because they borrowed one of the plugs, then someone else tryed to kick start it and at the time i was told that one of the valves had bent and it would hardly run.

well now 9 years later my grandad lets me play with it and it runs just fine on no.2, pops and splutters occasionaly on no.1 at idle but usuay dosnt fire at all, and runs just fine when its at about 2k+ rpm after its warmed up, strangely enough turrning the headlights on and off seems to jog it into fireing better.

my question is, what does anyone think i can do about this?

I'm lost as to a solution other than yanking the motor and replacing the valves.
