Me and the old mopar mechanic from up here started talking about the 72/73 colts, we both decided if we had and unlimited 4cyl circle track class a pumped up 2.6 would murder anything put up against it.

And the 73 colts look like shrunken american muscle, not bad for some good ol timey Japanese engineering

provided the one you find isnt rotted to death like all the old 70s mitsu/chrysler cars ive seen in my life, which is few i might add. results may vary with location.
im sure i remember seeing an article about a 73 or 75 colt used as a drag car from some chrysler team with a hemi in it back in the day.

What do you plan on doing with it Mike? Keep it factory stock or put some zoom zoom in it (turbo). I bet it would be like driving a go cart. How is the handling on one of these or are there parts out there to upgrade? Just curious.

Nice.So a sleeper of sorts.By the look of it,those cars can't weigh much.Sounds like a fun ride! :auto-layrubber:

Can you share one of those Colts with me? I am really interested in finding a 71-73 Dodge Colt GT
