Whats eveyone think about the new iPad?

I think its a big waste of money. Apparently theres no disk drive at all (lame), no multitasking like playing music with a browser open. Not to mention only having a touchscreen keyboard. In my experience with touch screen devices most, with age, will start to become harder and harder to deal with. The screen becomes inaccurate not to mention having to literally slam your fingers into it just to get it to react at all.

Haha. It took a while to blend. I'm happy with my iPhone and iPod touch. All the iPad is is a really big iPod touch. If get one if I was still in highschool. I'd rather waste money on other things.

I like techie stuff as much as anyone-(3 laptops, 5 desktops, mp3 players...) but the iPad is pretty much an expensive toy. Not quite a laptop or tablet, not a phone, and no multi-tasking. I can't speak for anyone else, but I'm with others who say money is better spent elsewhere.
