NOT going to rebuild mightyd50.com

Postby camoit » Sat Aug 28, 2010 11:59 pm

Here is the deal. I have been tossing around the idea of rebuilding the mightyd50.com site. I would like to have the imput from all the members. This site would become mainly Mighty max or Mitsubshi site. But we would need the blessing from God himself, because this is his world. But I have yet to here the voice of God or see the burning bush. So I think I will build a golden Calf in the form of a pole. You can only vote once, and there is no changing it. Unless you live in Florida.

i voted to leave it alone. i hope to not offend anyone here ok. here we go. a large portion of people here are from the old site and if not they didnt want to be here. anyone can google right. and if we are having troubles keeping this site funded why the hell do we need to go deeper in the hole. im kinda bitter about the mightyd50 thing....i lost alot of pics and my build thread. granted it was not in such detail as others here but...it was mine. so there is my 0.02$ like it or not. and just so ya know im a very loyal and trusting donater here and was over there as well. i know mike,,,,,and im saying shits gonna hit the fan here real soon. and the spray will not be evenly distributed...so duck..

Yeah, I'm here man. Honestly, I liked the logo of the old site. The Ram over the diamonds. We've lost a lot of information over there. I'd say leave the site alone unless you can retrieve some of that stuff. I'm not a computer guy so don't even know if it's posssible. But we are all pretty much here now. So I'll stay here and will donate as long as you all need me to.

Well here is the deal. I don't think we lost your pictures, or your build thread, or anything, We just need a way to log in and flip the switch. The domain is paid for Mike ownes it. I have downloaded all that I can. I just havent had time to look 100s of files to see if the gallary has the pictures. IDK We are just asking for some donations from some of the other 500 people. We will see if some one new steps out to help. I'm going to the bank this week, then making a transfer to paypal. As far as how much money the "site " has only God knows. I'm just one of the people looking up and wondering.

I looked into the files of the old d50 site. It looks like there is nothing left but the logo.

If all was lost, I see no reason to bring it back. The logo is bad ass though like Jonboy said

I'm still rocking the Mightyd50 on my shit. Since the truck will probably never leave the garage, it'll be on there forever!

I towed it from Ethan's driveway to my garage. Pushed it in and out of my garage on a few occasions. It's about to be trailered over 900 miles straight north and parked in a snowbank! But first, I'll go to Missouri, get the damn Ram 50 that started this whole obsession and tow that about 900 miles northeast and park that in a snowbank. Once I get my bank account in check after buying a house, something has to happen. If not, the shit's gonna sit and I'm going racing!
