paypal does it too, i had some asshole do that to me and my paypal has been locked ever since, and their customer service suck ass too cuz i can never get them to unlock or bring my balance up, even when i call

Well that sucks. But the buyer isnt always right. I lost 600 bucks out of a RX7 exhaust becuase they could never track down the seller. And I lost out on a turbo as well. False info on both, and they closed their accounts shortly after the transaction.
