Hahaha you know, I'd like to give you a straight-up answer, but I had a shop do the body and paint while I was in the military, so I wasn't there to see their work! My dad and brother picked it up when it was done and put it in storage for me though, and they said the guys filled most of the seams with metal, but like I said I can't say for certain because I just don't know! I did give them the parts I had ordered from Grant Kustoms (roll pan, tailgate skin, tail light skins). I also had new doors, rockers and front fenders... she was an Alberta truck and was kinda rough! So, sorry that doesn't tell much but there you go, that's what they did!

The interior is pretty close to completion now, almost totally changed to black! My suspension parts are in so I'll be getting that going this week. In the meantime, MaxD50 found me some marker lights for the rear, and I posted a thanks to him on the Wanted page, but here it is again for good measure!

Hey everyone, I got my marker lights and put them in yesterday. A huge thanks to MaxD50 who got me the working, complete parts that I wanted and at a fantastic price. Couldn't have gotten those parts without his help! The last two pics on my CarDomain site show them installed!

Looks good. I like the Titan wheels as well. Your the second person I heard this week talking about putting a D50 in a container for storage. Ernie has "Bring It On" in a container. They are that sealed off from the elements? I haul them around all the time here in Iraq but never really paid them any mind. I might have to look into this.

They are weathertight, especially the refrigerated ones. Used to rent them for storage years ago. The ribbed floors are a pain if you drop small parts though.

Thanks, it's coming along pretty nicely I think!
Yeah they're awesome for storing vehicles. Very secure and clean, too. The other year I had my D50 AND my '57 Belvedere in one container for the winter! No condensation, no rodents, no problems!

Finally lowered the truck, with Belltech parts all around: 3" blocks, drop springs, and Nitro 2 Drop Shocks. I'm still on the hunt for some Sport mirrors, but in the meantime I'll be sorting out some wiring issues for the lights and the stereo. Thanks for your support, MightyRam50!

This is so exciting! A truck finally that was finished! Not just chopped up and left. 1000 points for that.
