Damn dude, your truck is coming along, Hope you dont mind me takin notes because there is not really a lot of info out there about baggin these trucks. I'm plannin on gettin mine to lay out on 20's but I will only be runnin 18's. So needless to say, I'm payin attention to your threads, any info is greatly appreciated.

All right back on this thread. Next in making every thing clear under the frame I went to the frame cross member under the drive-shaft. I started by taking a strate edge and goung frame rail to frame rail and marked front and back of this cross member then cut it off.

Once I cut off what was neccesary I looked at what I had to see what I could use to weld back for structure and support. This is what I came up with.

and that was the shaving and reinforcing of that crossmeber. next I welded in the bottom plate (When I made the first frame to frame mark I added the thickness 3/16 to that mark and then cut so when I welded in the plate here it would still be level with the frame)

So next I went to the ever cumbersom tranny crossmeber. I started by marking the initial bolt holes and mocking to that.

With the original having bolts goin up to the factory nuts and that wasn't goin to work for this, so I went with bolts welded in and cut the factory nuts off.

then I fabed up some new flush frame height mounts. started with a couple strips of 2" x3/16 and welded 3 strips together to get the plate I needed( to make both sides at once).
