Same here. Even my talon. Wanted to start modding again, then somethings break. Replaced 4 tires, front and rear brakes including new discs, and an alignment before I could even start on my extended wheel studs. Still yet to finish. My truck, might need to rebuild and have yet to replace the pitman arm. Have had the part for over a year, yet to be replaced. Lol.

Those wheels look good. What size tires are you running? I work at a shop and we service SC Highway Patrol cars. Part of SCHP laws include that tires for patrol cars cannot be fixed (patched or plugged), so we have a lot of 235/55R17 Goodyear Eagle RS-A's with almost new tread just gathering dust.

Ive been calling around lookin for a fuel tank and all the junk yards are telling me they cant ship it. Finally found a junkyard local that will sell me one for $35. When I got to the yard I found it was from an 88 truck with a carb so there was no hole in the tank for a fuel pump. Other than that the tank looks the same.
It would probably work fine if I had an inline fuel pump mounted on the rail. I have the starion pump leftover from my swap and I could set that up. Havent been driving the truck lately since Im tired of pushing my luck with a fire hazard.

Had the truck parked out front of my house in the street. Somebody decided to skip their vehicle off my driver door.
!@#$%^& motha !@#$%^ son of a !@#$% aaaaaaaghhhhhh!

Its not that bad because I was gonna paint the truck anyway , but I wasnt plannin on buying a new door.
The cab got beat up too. At least it wasnt the bed I just got
Hopefully there is still a truck in the junkyard with a good door on it.

There is some pinkish/purple/reddish color on my door that was kindfully donated by the offender. Eventually I might be able to find the vehicle since I live on a dead end street and not that many people drive by.

The truck I got the bed from is gone now so no door replacement.

Well the door wasnt as bad as I thought. I drove over to the bodyshop where a friend works and he had a little suction cup tool that he used to pull most of the dent out so I could roll my window down. Most of it popped right out and then we pulled the door panel to massage the rest from the inside. In like 10 minutes he had it close enough for just a light coat of plastic filler. Score!

I got a random letter in the mail with no return address from the culprit......it said something like sorry for hitting ur truck....please 4give me.....had a $100 in it.....the cost if the damage is more than that but I'll take what I can get.

Special thanx goes out to blindeyed! He is another Jacksonville member on here. He hit me up to let me know he was having problems with his truck and was tired of spending money on it. The junk man was coming to get the truck and I got there just in time to pick it up for parts. So now I have a 95 max and am gonna get all I can from it. The gas tank has already made it into my truck and Im back on the road . I needed the horn as well to piss off traffic. My dsm buddy is gonna get the 2.4 block and put a dual cam head on it and we might even put it back in the truck. The stock head has ate up cam journals, a broken cam tower, and one of the valves fell into the cylinder. Im gonna pull the 5 speed out for a rebuild and then put it in mine. The back glass is better than mine and I will swap it out when I go for paint. If anybody needs parts I might have some usable parts left over.

Sounds great. Don't see to much people bumping your thread. I just might hit you up for some parts sooner or later.
