Trailer hitch for '88

Thinking about putting a trailer hitch on my '88 Mighty Max (2.0l RWD). The only one I could find online is a class 3 from U-Haul for $175. Are there any others out there? Is it bolt-on or is there hole-drilling involved (I don't mind)? The idea here is to tow a 5x8 flat trailer with a 4-wheeler (400#) on it, plus another similar 4-wheeler in the bed.

My Dad had an 88 sportcab ram50 he put a class3 receiver hitch on - bolted right where the bumper bolted on. Good thing he did that - it became the rear crossmember when the spare tire carrier rotted so bad it all but fell off. You can also find the hitch on ebay.

Just curious, our trucks weigh 1200lbs and have a 80hp engine. What are you plan on towing?

Thought they were rated higher then 80hp. Maybe at the wheel it's 80.

Damn you guys are splitting hairs, even with those numbers what could you tow? An ATV or a Jonboat maybe.

quick google search shows towing capacity at 2000lbs for the 2.4 I4 and 3500lbs for the 3.0V6 for 1990+ models
