I doubt it. There are other ways to lower our trucks if the op is interested. He can still use a sawzall though. Lol.

Ya i was thinking coils n spindles and blocks but i cant afford 400 bucks right now with it not passing emissions. Anyone know what could cause high co co2? thats why i am not passing the truck is from Cali and was brought to Colorado. Some of my friends say its the carb and that it needs to be tuned for the altitude change?

That could be one reason - rejetting for the altitude. More likely its the carb itself needs rebuilt.

A tune up with new pcv and a cleanout of the EGR wouldn't hurt. Also pep boys carries an fuel additive to clean out the cat to pass an emissions test; most parts stores should carry it.

Thanks ya just seeing what it could be i did a tune up but i wasn't able to get a cap n rotor. my wires on the truck said 1989 lol and the air filter was super dirty i changed the wires plugs air filter
