It used to be; now its an issue that may not be easy to solve, being that the cats are designed to work to create co2 as clean air. Are you sure they said high co and co2; its usually one or the other, not both.

High c0 is a different story. C0 means the truck is running rich. Takes you back to the rejetting. Or dirty or restricted air cleaner. Could be others but that comes to the top of my head.

congrads, did you end up cleaning the egr tube? i think smog testing has really taken out alot of these trucks.
