Just a shame you had to go through hell at the start of this build. But I guess it wouldn't be as to extreme of a build had you not got screwed. As a Ranger fan, I love the truck from the 302 to the dash (another Ford product)....I'm going home to NY for Thanksgiving and will retrieve my dash I pulled the 57 Fairlane at the farm. There's a Galaxie and Fairlane up there rusting away....need me to look for anything off them? I was thinking of getting the steering wheel off the Galaxie.

preciate the props on the dash guys it took some work to get it in ther since it was 5.5 inches to wide. and you right i would have never gone this extreme had i not gotten screwed but i guess you could say im hard headed i wasnt gonna let some scumbag rob me of my ride decided id just have rebuild it so it would get so much attention hed be sick too his stomach he couldnt take credit for it even it it means i spend every dime to my name and skip meals to do it. johnboy i may need anoter guage cluster to send to dakota digital in the future for now i have some cyberdyne digital guages ima use i think the year is 63-64 galaxie

I really don't think it's the same dash...here's pictures of the car. Maybe someone can narrow down the year. The dash looks similar but don't believe it's the same. However, I'll get better pictures when I get up there in a couple of weeks. Maybe I'll see if my family can take pictures. But if there's anything that ya might want...I'll throw it your way for the hell of it.

From looks of what I'm seeing, you have a 64 Dash Cluster.
According to Wikipedia "1964 was the fourth and final year of this body style. Interior trim was much altered"

Wait, looking at Dennis Carpenter's website, looks like the Galaxie at the farm is a 60-62. Damn. Your's is a 63-64 according to the picture and it looks like nothing as far as gauges will swap. But the knobs and shit might.

Well, I'll just have to climb in the old thing and see what goodies might be cool and usefull for other things. Dang it.
