I think I am going to stick with the leafs, I am tracking down some Dart spings now. If I do end up having problems I will then do the 4 link setup.

I think that's best. One thing; Mopar does recommend a longer travel rear shock, because when you hammer it, the rear is going to rise up. That's what makes them work, the goal being to plant the tires hard. So, basic physics, ever action has an equal and opposite reaction. The springs push the tires down, which forces the body up.
I love the way they launch, personally.
Measure your front spring perches for width. You can always make rear hangers that are wider on the botttom for spring fitment, but the fronts might be a critical dimension if they are too narrow on the stock truck. I've got the S/S springs on my Dart, so I'll measure them up tomorrow evening and let you know if it'll all work without mods.
I'll measure my 1st gen truck as well.

Here is a link to some of the stuff you might be looking for. They are located here in Sacramento. They have a nice Chevy S10 roll cage that would probly fit a D-50..

OK, I just went town and measured my Dart, which has the S/S springs on it already. I then measured my Arrow P/up.
What I came up with is this..
S/S spring overall length-54", stock truck-46", so ten inch difference.
Perhaps more imortant however, is the front segment measurment.
S/S springs-31", stock truck-21", so a ten inch difference just from the axle centerline to the front spring eyelet.
The truck spring is just a fraction wider, so that wouldn't have been a problem, but the length and segment dimensions are way off, making it impractical.
Before you head off to 4 link it though, I'll call my contact at Eaton and see what a couple of sets would cost to custom build for us. Eaton is the original manufacturer of S/S springs for Moapr before they sent that work to Mexico. Eaton will build a superior product.

Cool man, I really appreciate it, you saved me alot of time lol.

Camoit, that website, has alot of great parts. I like their coilover front suspension setups, but they are about $1700.
