I have been working on this swap sine March/Feb of this year. Here is a quick rundown of the truck:

Engine:
-Stock bottom end 4g63
-Crower 272 cams

Turbo:
-Holset hx35 w/bep ss bolt-on housing
-Hafe ss manifold
-Tial 38mm wastegate
-4" intake pipe(built by me)

Fuel:
-Bosch 044 pump
-Aeromotive filters/afpr
-Large injectros(haven't deceided what to run yet)
-DSMlink
-RCI 12 gal fuel cell

Drivetrain:
-TH350 trans
-Ford 8.8 rear axle out of '96 explorer 3.73 gears/traction lock diff
-B&M Quarter Stick shifter

Are you using a trans adapter or a bellhousing to use the TH350 trans?
