Postby Spikey1566 » Sun Jun 20, 2010 11:53 am

Some may have read my bitching in the newbie section, but here it is for those who havent.... i have an 89 2.0 and when im driving i cant go over 55 mph. when i do the engine acts like it is going to die, when i let off the throttle and coast to let it settle down it does fine. it has never died all the way but im stumped! i thought maybe vacum leak but i have fixed those and it is still doing it.. also if i run through the gears too high at rpms it does the same thing...... wtf?!? any help would be awesome thanks... need fixed so i can start my body build
