i was thinking it was a bad cut off. it worked a few times when i first installed the engine, but now it stays running. at the moment, it is being used as a daily driver and the owner is just dumping the clutch to kill it. i wonder how bad this is for the clutch?

SO the dumping of the clutch caused the throwout bearing to fail, and in turn the tranny is now destroyed. and the truck is in VT. i put an LED kill switch on the fuel solenoid but, alas-it was too late. after a handful of days daily driving it and dumping it, did it in. first second went out, and it was over shortly thereafter. now we will put in the tranny it came with, too bad its 1200 miles away.
