This is my first post, i have an 85 mighty max and have never had any problems with the clutch, well ive been sick the last couple months so its been sitting. anyway i got in it this morning and it started fine as always but wouldnt take any gear. i can start it in gear and it pulls good but the clutch wont release. its a 4 speed and the cable is fine, ive never heard of a clutch going out on a parked truck... anyone have any ideas?

While driving in 1 or 2 you can also try pushing and holding the clutch in then slam the gas to the floor on and off on and off. The torque might break it free. Let us know how it works out.
