Has anyone had to replace the rear wheel seal or wheel bearing on their truck? I can not find the axle shaft retainer. Anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks for the pic. I planned on replacing the inner seal but the outer seal is also leaking. According to the manual you have to grind and cut the axle retainer off inorder to remove the axle from the bearing housing. I can not find anyone who sells the retainer ring, snap ring, o-ring, or shims. Has anyone else ran into this issue and if so what's the work around?
