alright so i just got in a new headlight setup that's not a sealed beam. my truck is at the shop thats all locked up for the weekend and the lights are here...the lights look like they wont fit though like there bigger than they should be. 6"X7" is the right size right?

6x7 is the right size - the rubber boot and bulb mount make it look like it won't fit. I had Cibie Z-beams in my 88 and they fit the buckets fine. Beware though - if you are running anything higher wattage than stock, then expect the headlight socket to melt from the heat - I know from experience.
