its not the conversion tha tis a pain, its getting good parts that arent all rusty and leaky. also getting the p/s system off without breaking everything.

Can you use the 4x4 ps parts on a 2wd? All the 2wds over here seem to be non-power steering, but the 4x4s are ps.

i think the 4x4 power gearbox mounts to the opposite side of the frame.

the pitman arms are too big from the 4x4s
and the pump brackets seem hard to find
i found the right truck at the right time
but the conversion is easy, should be able to install it in 3 hours
