Here is a picture of my 2 running trucks - one you know and one you don't. Bet you didn't expect me to have 2 totally different trucks at the same time in the same place 200 miles from home - I was at Carlisle All Truck Nats in 2004 when this pic was taken. I have since changed out the wheels twice on the Blackwood; now running 20" Mamba M4's with 275/50/20 rubber. I also have 2 other trucks, an 1986 Ram 50 Custom that i will be starting on soon, and a 1980 D-50 for parts.

Nice trucks. So when do you expect to finish that 86? If I remember right your building it with a retro theme.

I will have pics of the Blackwood with the new wheels this weekend - it needs detailed before I take them. It has a cherry bomb vortex dual exhaust, MMR air intake, Jet perf module, lowered 3" front and rear. The 86 is about to be started on - its been sitting since I got it and now I want it running right and on the road before I redo it. It will have a 70's musclecar theme with real 68-70 Dodge Dart twin hoodscoops, functional of course. Color will be Plum Crazy purple - I have the paint already. The rest will be determined as we build it.

I will do a build thread for it, and post the Blackwood pics if the monsoon ever ends here in the 'burgh so I can take pics. I am also putting together a article to post on here of my build of my 1980 - I have in in a photo album I display when my truck is at a cruise or show and has all the details of his buildup - he being Geronimo my 1980 D-50.

You named your truck? Interesting choice in name. If I had to name mines it would be "work in progress" cause it's still broken. Monsoon, I only seen one in that movie jumanji. How bad does it get?

I named him that because when he was new, every one wanted to race, and the truck could outrun must of the shitboxes back in 1980; he was an urban street warrior, Geronimo was a famous Indian warrior. There will be a more detailed explanation in my build article. In the 'burgh, we get much more rain than Seattle - we are currently 7" above normal for the last 3 months of precip, not counting the rain we are getting now - 1 to 2" by tomorrow evening. We have had flood warnings for about 1/2 of the month now, with lots of landslides and trees falling over due to saturated ground. BTW, yes I do have the Dart scoops, and new chrome trim for the front of them.
thats cool...i name all my vehicles too....
looking forward to the build thread and blackwood pics.
i never knew that the rain was like that around there....CRAZY
