The clutch on my '90 4x4 has about 100,000 miles on it and just started slipping, so I have been looking at clutch kits. Anybody have good experiences with any specific brands? This is my work truck. Sachs, Valeo, and Daikin seem to be the options available.

If I hadn't cleaned out my garage this summer, I could have sent you a nice 6 puck ! unfortunately the pressure plate and flywheel were burnt up.
If you're just going stock, just about anybody will do, don't forget the throwout bearing, pilot bearing, and the clutch alignment tool, and resurface the Flywheel. Another 100K easy...

Yea if you're only making stock power any clutch will do.

centerforce dual friction clutch - good for stock and warmed over motors - Geronimo has had one installed for 25+ years and no signs of wear.

I can't find a Centerforce clutch for a '90 4x4 w/ 3.0. I was very satisfied with the stock unit that's in there now.

Capitol Clutch and Brake can build you a clutch, or order you one if you are having problems finding one.
