torque specs are the same as stock head unless you use arp head studs - they are higher.

Having Geronimo for over 32 years since new and having several others over the years tends to gjve you some knowledge if you pay attention. Thanks for the kind words - I'll try not to get a swelled head...lol

As long as you've had one you even saw when they discontinued them in 97. I think they should bring these small trucks back. I think it would really help mitsubishi come back to life if they advertise a small cheap pickup that has a diesel option with over 40mpg.

The problem with having a truck like ours built today is that it would not pass crash tests without major rework, and it would have to be built in the US to avoid the 25% import tariff. Mitsubishi is not interested in the US market for trucks - their rebadge of the dogkota was a disaster sales wise.

it was going to have a 6.0 or 6.2 HO motor too - like the G8 or GTOs that were aussies.

really? oh u talkin about the Vauxhall Monaro VXR (pretty much a re-badged american GTO) thats a pretty badass motor tho. I driven my buddy's 6.0 6spd. it has insane pull
and lookin at that pic again it kinda has the truck version chassis/shape of the GTO too. I bet the sales for this Chevy were pretty crappy out there too. lol
