Frame sizes

I'm considering swapping out the frame on my 89 4x4 extended cab. The Ontario winter road salting has left parts of it quite thin. I'm wondering if the 4x4 regular cab with the 7' bed would have the same frame as the extended cab with the 6' bed. I believe the wheelbase is the same, 116". Does anyone know for sure? In order to obtain a frame I'll have to have one shipped from a more southern location where they don't need to salt the roads.

The basic frames are the same, you just have to relocate some of the mounts on the frame to match the body mounts on the old frame.
