Montero upper arm shafts?

Do the bolt holes of the 1st gen Montero upper A arm shafts have the same spacing and bolt right into the 1st gen 4x frame?
I see different part #'s for the Montero shaft vs. the Mighty ram shaft.
What's the magic combo of parts to make it all work?
