So I have been noticing that I have had a lack of power for a while, a long with some oil consumption (but not leaking oil). The other day I went to change the spark plugs since I thought it might help, only to find some fresh oil on the base of one of the spark plugs.

I took these pictures of the spark plugs in order starting with the cylinder closest to the firewall. That is the cylinder that the spark plug, from above, came out of. It also tested slightly low in a compression test.

Thoughts?

I am pricing out rebuilding the motor, and I found a rebuild kit for a '81 - '89 D50 G54B 2.6L. What I am looking to find out is, which components would be different? My '80 D50 Sport uses the G54B 2.6L, and it would be nice if it was only one or 2 parts that I could buy individually.
Here is the link: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Dodge-Aries-2-6-G54B-SOHC-Engine-Rebuild-Kit-/220698371344
And if anybody knows of where I could buy the actual rebuild kit for my truck, please let me know.

Just make sure nothing comes from China in that kit or you may be replacing them parts again soon. OEM is the ticket item, if you can't get that for a decent price a kit would be ok only if it's quality stuff. Sorry to hear about your truck, she'll be good again.
I know rod and main bearings need to be oil clearance checked so I am not sure if your at the correct size or not with kit. They are to high priced that you can't order another set. First rebuild probably around 010 or .025 size bearings.
Have you checked into RockAuto stuff? maybe some stuff in there that can help.
