Vacuum lines diagrams

Does anyone have a simplified diagrams for vacuum lines on a 1988 Ram 50 4x4 auto. I can't make heads or tails of the picture on the hood (all faded out). Most that I find doesn't make any sense (they all seem to run together).

I am pretty sure that sticker was placed during a manifold change when the exhaust manifolds were recalled for cracking. I'm not positive, but I think they made some changes to the hoses. I have one posted for an 86 here...
