Alternator

Is there a alternator upgrade on a 95 2.4? The stock one I believe is 45 amps. I'm about to replace the one I got so I figured it would be a good time for it. I tried searching but couldn't find anything for my year. Thank you for any help.

I installed one from a 1990 mitsu van. It's a direct swap and 75 amp.

Yes, it's for a 2.4.

I replaced mine with a 90's model eclipse alternator. just had to switch the pulley and put a half inch spacer in where it mounts to the block.

It was a 75 amp upgrade as well

Thank you for the info. I have a van one ordered, it sould be at the shop on thursday. I'm use to parts for these trucks not being in stock now. I'll let you all know how it works out.

I got the alternator installed a few days ago. It works great, my radio doesn't cut out anymore when my bass hits hard. Thanks for the help.
